Our black basketweave vinyl has a "basketweave texture" - if you look up close, it has a criss-cross, wicker "basketweave" texture embossed in the vinyl. Typically, IH used basketweave (instead of smooth black) in cabs with a burgundy or western brown lower interior. No, you do not also have to purchase our MIH86HF, which is the front plastic bezel with the A/C louvers. This headliner will work with your existing front bezel.
